A Kick in the Baubles

Our festive offering for 2018 is Gordon Steele’s riotous comedy, “A Kick in the Baubles”:

It may be Christmas in the Bailey household, but it’s nothing like “A Wonderful Life!” While Jean is busy decking the halls with boughs of holly, husband Frank certainly does not wish it could be Christmas every day: he’d much prefer a silent night! For a start, he’s just been made redundant. Then he’s dreading the annual invasion of in-laws Harry and Doreen. Utter snobs and full-time moaners, they’ll drink the house dry and eat everything in sight! Just when Frank thinks it can’t get any worse, the neighbours arrive. They’re overfriendly, larger than life – and they’ve brought a karaoke machine! It’s going to be another cracker of a family Christmas…
